Pushti Dairy Products Private Limited

Starting things up here in Bhairabpur has been quite a journey for all of us at Pushti Dairy Products Private Limited. If you know the Daulatabad area, you know it’s mostly quiet except for the local sounds of the village. We operate out of a space near Mausumi Ghosh’s place, and it’s a very local affair. Most of the people working here are from just down the road. We don’t have fancy signs or a big reception area. It’s mostly just us dealing with the milk that comes in every day. The smells are what you’d expect—fresh earth and dairy. Sometimes the rain makes the roads a bit tricky, which can delay our deliveries, but that’s just life in this part of the district. We spend our mornings checking the quality of what the farmers bring in. It’s a lot of standing around and manual work. My hands are usually busy with buckets or clipboards. We don’t talk much about business strategies or anything like that. We just focus on whether the milk is good and if the cooling systems are working. It’s honest work, even if it’s tiring. By the end of the day, we’re all pretty worn out, but there’s a sense of having done something real. It’s not a polished business, just a few of us trying to make a living in the village we grew up in.
