It is a busy spot because of the trains passing by all the time. We work with milk and different milk-based foods. It is a very hands-on type of business. Every morning, there is a lot of activity with the local milk collectors bringing in their cans. We don't have a shiny corporate office; our workspace is more about utility and being near the transport links like the railway. Katwa is a place where people know each other, so we don't need much in the way of advertising. Word of mouth is how most people know about us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble to keep everything cold, but that's part of the trade. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the milk from this area is processed and sent out properly. The staff here are mostly local guys from around Bardhaman who know the dairy business inside out.
