There is always a lot to do with all the accounts and documents. We don't use a lot of big words when we talk to folks. We just explain things as they are. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we'd like, but that’s how it goes. The office has a very local feel. We have some wooden chairs and a big table where we do most of the sorting. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. People stop by to chat as much as they do for business. It’s a friendly atmosphere.
