Hridaye Rohan Foundation

We are out here on Mankar Road in Bud Bud. It’s inside the Monowar Hossain J L Bhawan. The place isn't hard to find if you know the area, but sometimes the traffic makes it a bit of a wait. We started the Hridaye Rohan Foundation because there was work that needed doing right here. Most days, it's just us handling the paperwork and talking to people who drop by. The building has its quirks, like any older place in town. You’ll see the sign when you get close. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we usually try to get the heavy lifting done early. There's a tea stall not too far off where we usually end up for a break. People know us around here now. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a couple of rooms where we sit and try to figure things out. Sometimes the rain makes the road a mess, but we're still here. Monowar Hossain’s place is well-known locally, so just ask anyone. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us trying to stay busy. It's quiet most of the time unless it's market day. We keep the doors open and do what we can with what we have. It’s a simple setup, nothing too complicated. That’s just how it is for us on Mankar Road. We’ve been here for a bit now and got used to the rhythm of the neighborhood.
