We operate out of 66 En Coke Oven Colony here in Durgapur. It’s a quiet spot in West Bengal, mostly residential around us. We spend our time talking to people who need to find a doctor or a place to stay while they get treated. It’s a lot of coordination. We aren't doctors ourselves, just people who know the area and where the hospitals are. Often, someone calls from far away and they are worried. We just listen and try to give them a clear path on where to go. It’s a bit like being a travel agent but for health stuff. The office is small, just a couple of chairs and some files. We have been in Coke Oven Colony for a good bit now. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we end up using the phone more than anything else. Durgapur is a big place and it's easy to get lost if you aren't from here. We just try to help folks find their way around the medical system. There’s no big sign or anything flashy outside our door. Just us sitting there, making calls and writing down notes. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy during the day. We don't have any big corporate goals, just helping people get from point A to point B. It’s simple enough for us to handle.
