Himangshu Swarnakar & Co. is located in Sripur. We are in Ward No. 12, which is part of the West Burdwan district. It’s a local business through and through. The office is part of the village and post office area, so we are right in the middle of the community. We’ve been here long enough that we’ve seen the kids in the ward grow up. Our workspace is pretty simple. It’s just a few rooms with basic furniture where we handle all our company business. West Burdwan can get quite busy, but Sripur has its own pace. We don't try to be anything we aren't. There’s no corporate talk here. We just discuss what needs to be done for the day and then we do it. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to chat, and we don't mind. It’s a friendly place to work. We handle our records and client tasks with a lot of care, even if we don't have the latest technology. Most of our work comes from people who live in the district and know our name. We don't put out ads or anything. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been in Ward 12 for years. It’s a small, honest operation. We start early in the morning and usually wrap up when the sun goes down. There isn't much more to it than just working hard every single day.
