Boutique Ananda Niketan

We have been here at House No. 18 on 1st Avenue for a while now. Most people around Sepco Township know where we are. It’s just a small place we run to keep things going. We handle different kinds of clothes and needlework. It started out as a small idea and just stayed that way. The room isn't very big, so things get a bit crowded when we have a lot of stock in. Usually, it's just a few of us working on the orders that come in from the neighbors. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just walk in or call us up when they need something made or fixed. Sometimes the work takes longer if we are busy with a big batch, but we try to finish it when we say we will. It’s a quiet spot in the township. We spend most of our days surrounded by fabric and thread. There isn't much else to say about it. We just open the shop every morning and see what the day brings. If you are walking down 1st Avenue, you'll see the sign. It’s a practical setup. We like the work, even when it gets a bit repetitive. We’ve known some of our customers for years. It’s just how things are done here. We keep our supplies organized as much as possible, though the shelves are pretty full right now. It's a simple business. We don't have many employees, just enough to get the sewing done and look after the place. It works for us.
