The Kanthi Shikara Complex is one of those big buildings in Punjagutta that everyone knows but nobody can ever find the right door for on the first try. We are in Block-A, specifically unit 5R at the 6-3-668/9 location. It is a busy place with people constantly going up and down the elevators. Inside Core Carbonx Solutions Pvt. Ltd., it is mostly rows of computers and a few filing cabinets that are probably too full. I spend most of my morning just going through emails and making sure the paperwork for the various projects is in the right folders. The view from our window is mostly just the tops of other buildings and the constant flow of cars on the road below. Punjagutta is always loud, so there is this background hum of horns that you eventually stop hearing. We have a small area in the corner for making coffee and tea, which is basically the heart of the office. The carpet is a bit worn out in the spots where we roll our chairs back and forth, but it does the job. It is a practical space for practical work. We aren't really into making things look like a showroom; we just need the desks to be sturdy and the internet to stay connected. When the sun goes down, the lights in the complex stay on for a long time because everyone is finishing up their day.
