Zuzia Animal Care Association

Zuzia Animal Care Association is run out of Viman Nagar in Pune. We are located at Peshua Complex, specifically in Flat A-104 on Plot Number 84. It’s the home and workspace of Paramjit Bahia. Viman Nagar is a busy area with a lot going on, especially with the airport nearby. You can often hear the planes overhead. Our focus is on animal care, so as you can imagine, things can get a little messy or loud sometimes. It’s not a sterile office environment. We have supplies tucked into corners and paperwork spread out on the dining table. We aren't a big shelter with dozens of staff; it's a more personal operation. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, talking to vets or people who’ve found animals in need. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is where they should be. The flat is a bit crowded with all the things we need to keep the association running, but it works for us. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy entrance. People usually find us through word of mouth or by looking up the address in Peshua Complex. It’s just regular people trying to do something for the animals in Pune. We don't have a lot of time for polished reports or marketing stuff. We just focus on the animals and the daily tasks that keep coming our way every morning.
