Pune has changed a lot over the years, but this neighborhood still feels familiar to us. We’ve been operating out of this society for quite some time. It is a mix of people living and working here. Our office is just a simple unit. We have our desks, some chairs, and a lot of folders. We don't have any big meetings or corporate events. It is just a small group of us doing the daily work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to get the job done. Shankar Sheth Road is always busy, so we hear the city noise all day long. It keeps us awake. Maharashtra is where we are from, so we understand how things work here. We don't have a lot of fancy technology, just what is necessary to stay organized. Sometimes people from the society stop by just to chat. We like that. It’s a friendly environment. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes through local connections. It is an honest living. We stay here because it’s convenient and we know the area well. It’s just a plain office in a regular society, and that suits us just fine.
