We aren't a huge corporation with floors of people; it’s just a small group of us trying to get things done right. Sometimes the electricity goes for a bit, but that’s just part of life here. We just wait it out and get back to work as soon as we can. It's a lot of effort but we enjoy the rhythm of the work we do here.
