Zikomo

Our place Zikomo is over in Bhosari, sitting right in the Mccia Building at Quality Circle near Model Colony. It is an industrial part of town, so things stay pretty busy during the work week. We are tucked into the J Block of the building. When we first opened up here on the Old Mumbai Pune Road, we were not entirely sure how it would go. But the people from the surrounding offices started coming in pretty quickly. We keep the place fairly quiet so people can actually have a conversation without having to shout over loud music. It is definitely not one of those loud, flashy spots. We spend a good amount of time just keeping the floor swept and making sure the kitchen is fully stocked for the day. The view out the window is mostly just the main road and other office buildings, but inside we try to keep it comfortable for whoever walks in. We have a few windows that let in some nice light during the late afternoon. I usually get here before the sun is fully up to check on the morning deliveries. The bread comes in fresh and we start the prep work right away. It is a routine that seems to work for us. We do not have a massive staff, just a few people who have been with us for a long time. We do not bother with big glowing signs. If you are looking for us, you will find us.
