Zf Steering Gear(India) Ltd. Pune is run by Ashok Kumar Tiwari out of Flat Number 14 in Sitail Garden. We are located in Lane Number 2 of Shahu Colony in Karve Nagar. Pune is a big place, but our little corner here in Karve Nagar is where we get everything done. It’s a residential building, so it feels very grounded and local. We don't have a massive factory office or a fancy headquarters. It’s just a flat where we manage the paperwork and the daily operations. We spend a lot of time here just making sure things are moving forward. It’s a quiet lane, which helps us stay focused on the tasks. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we’ve gotten to know the people in Shahu Colony. It’s a simple way to run a business, without any of the big corporate fluff. We just have our desks and our phones and we get to work. Sometimes it feels more like a home than an office, which we actually prefer for our daily environment. We don't really have a big team here, just the people who need to be here to keep things running. It’s a practical setup that works for our needs. We don't try to be something we're not. We just stay in our lane and do our jobs. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place for us to work.
