ZF Electronics TVS (India) Private Limited is situated in the Baner area. We are in Yuthika Apartment, unit No. I-202, over at Survey No. 89 in Meera Bhadra Nagar. It is more of a residential-style setting for an office, which we actually prefer. It keeps things grounded. Being in an apartment complex means we have to be mindful of our neighbors, so it is never too loud here. We spend our time managing the electronics side of the business from this branch. There are no massive assembly lines in this specific unit; it is mostly administrative and technical planning. The rooms are filled with desks, computers, and various components we are testing. Baner is a growing part of town, so there is always construction nearby. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we moved in. It is a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but it is a nice enough area. Our staff is local, and we do not really go for the corporate lifestyle. We wear regular clothes and talk about the work in a way that makes sense. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the mail is late, but we just deal with it. It is just a normal workplace where we handle electronic components and stay busy with our daily tasks. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed even when there is a lot to do.
