We are based on the 6th floor here in Pune. It’s a decent enough spot, though the elevator is a bit slow and we often end up waiting in the lobby for a few minutes. Once you get up to the office, it’s usually quite a busy scene. We work in the steel building industry, which means a lot of our day is spent coordinating between different teams and checking on supplies. Pune has grown so fast in the last few years that there is always a new project starting somewhere. Our part of the work is very technical, involving a lot of precision. We don’t spend much time on big speeches or fancy presentations. We prefer to just look at the numbers and the designs to make sure everything is right. The office can get a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at the same time, but you get used to it. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is approaching, ordering some food and just pushing through the work. It isn't always easy, and there are days when things don't go according to plan, like when a shipment is delayed or a drawing needs a complete rewrite. We just take it as it comes. It’s a practical business, and we are just regular people trying to do a good job in our own way. We've been at this address for a while now and know the local area well.
