Yuvraj V Gaikwad

I run things from my office at Narayan Baug Building in Hadapsar. It’s Flat No 13 in the B Wing of Popular Giridhar Nagar. Being so close to Magarpatta City and Mundhwa Road means there is always a lot of traffic nearby. It’s a residential building, so the vibe is pretty quiet compared to the main road. I’ve set up the workspace in one of the rooms here. It’s not a big commercial office with a lobby or signs everywhere. Yuvraj V Gaikwad is basically me and a small helper. We handle all the paperwork and planning from this flat. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is being serviced, but usually, it’s fine. Most of the time I’m out meeting people or checking on things, so the office is just for the back-end stuff. I prefer it this way because it keeps costs down and things stay simple. There are always kids playing in the compound and neighbors coming and going. It feels like a real part of the community. I don't use fancy titles or try to sound bigger than I am. It’s just a regular local business run out of a flat in Hadapsar. If you need to drop off documents, just ring the bell at number 13. I try to stay on top of things, though sometimes the paperwork piles up on the kitchen table. It is a bit messy but it works.
