Atharva Facility Management Services

Our office is at No. 27/2 in Subhash Nagar, Navi Khadki, which is in the Yerwada area. We have been running Atharva Facility Management Services from this spot for quite a while. It’s a simple setup with some storage for our cleaning supplies and a few chairs for the staff to sit on. We provide all kinds of maintenance and cleaning services for buildings around town. Most of our work happens away from the office at the sites we look after. Yerwada is a crowded place and getting our teams from one place to another can be a bit of a struggle in the traffic. We don't have any flashy uniforms or big advertisements. Most people find us because we’ve worked for their neighbors or friends. We handle things like floor scrubbing, security staffing, and general upkeep. It is hard work and we are often on our feet all day. In the mornings, we gather here to hand out the equipment and plan the route. We drink some tea and talk about what needs to be fixed. Our team is small, but we’ve worked together for a long time. We don't make big promises or use complicated words. We just show up and do the cleaning or the repairs as requested. It’s a straightforward business built on just doing the job every day. The office is often empty in the afternoons while we are all out working.
