Yashada Associates

Our office is over at 277 Dighi, in the Mai Krupa Society near Splendid Square. We are right by Eknathrao Khese Vidyalay, so you can hear the school bells and the kids shouting during their lunch breaks. It’s a local neighborhood vibe here, not like the big business districts in the city. We have been in this spot for a good while. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a couple of chairs for visitors, and plenty of folders. We help people with various things like property papers or whatever associates usually handle in a place like this. It’s a small team, just a few of us who know each other well. Sometimes neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about something in the society. We don't have a big sign outside, just a simple one. The office gets a lot of natural light in the morning which is nice. We try to keep things organized, but when we have a lot of clients coming in, the table gets covered in documents pretty fast. We usually start our day around ten and work until the evening. Dighi is a growing area, so there is always some construction or new shop opening up nearby. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for when the school lets out and the street gets packed.
