Yash Developers

Our office for Yash Developers is located at 9 Baner S G Paliya. We are on Christ School Road, which is a fairly easy place to find because the Maharaja Complex is right nearby. Working in the development and building trade means we are usually juggling a few different things at once. We spend our mornings checking on various sites and then come back here to handle all the paperwork and phone calls that never seem to stop. The area around Baner has changed so much since we first started. It used to be much quieter, but now there is construction happening on almost every corner. We aren't a big, fancy firm with a lobby full of statues. Our office is just a practical place where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking for a new place or a piece of land. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and coffee cups, but that is just how it goes when you are busy. We know the local roads and the people who live in this part of town quite well. It helps to be close to the Maharaja Complex because everyone uses it as a landmark. We don't make big promises or use polished sales talk. We just tell people what is possible and what isn't. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, but we are used to the pace by now.
