We set up shop in Kothrud because it’s a lively part of Pune. There’s always something happening around here. We handle commercial services, which basically means we take care of the stuff other businesses need to keep running. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s necessary. Some days we are dealing with logistics, other days it’s more about maintenance or helping someone sort out their workspace. Pune is a big city, and getting around Kothrud can be a bit of a headache with the narrow lanes and the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our team is small, just a few locals who know the area inside out. We don’t spend much on advertising or big signs. Most people find us because they know someone we’ve worked with before. We’ve had some long days where the phone just doesn't stop ringing, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually organize the files. We try to be sensible about how we do things. No point in making a simple job harder than it needs to be. If a client needs something done, we see if we can fit it in and then we just do it. It’s been a steady journey so far. We like being based in this corner of the city, and we plan to stay put for a long time. There's usually someone around if you stop by with a question, although we might be out on a call.
