Our place is out in Sanaswadi, right near the John Deere company. It’s a busy area with a lot of trucks moving in and out all day. Yamazaki Mazak (India) Pvt Ltd has its technology centre here, and it’s mostly about the machines and how they run. The 115 Sanaswadi spot is where we spend most of our hours. It’s not exactly in the city, so there’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but being close to other big factories makes sense for the work we do. Inside, it's mostly technical talk and looking at blueprints or machine parts. We keep things pretty straightforward. There’s no big lobby with fancy art, just the equipment and the people who know how to use it. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but we try to keep the work floor clean. We’ve been at this for a bit now, helping shops figure out their setups. Lunch usually happens quickly because there’s always something to check on a machine. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us; we just show up and handle the engineering side. The guys on the floor know their stuff, and we mostly deal with people who speak the same technical language. It’s a solid way to earn a living. We have our coffee together in the morning and then everyone gets to their station. It isn't complicated, but it takes a lot of attention to get the machines right every single day.
