We have been here in Purbia Colony for a while now. The office at Sajjannagar is usually quite busy. Most days, trucks are coming in and out, and the staff is just trying to keep up with the paperwork. It gets quite hot in Udaipur during the summer months, which makes moving goods a bit harder. People know us as the Xps division of the bigger Transport Corporation of India, but locally, we are just the guys at Otc B-Block. There isn't much fancy about this place. It's mostly just desks, stacks of registers, and the sound of the main road. We handle a lot of shipments going across the state. Sometimes the internet is slow or a driver gets delayed by a festival on the road, but that is how it goes here. The address is 52 Purbia Colony, if you are looking for it. It's near the Otc area. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the floor gets covered in boxes when a big delivery arrives. It’s a lot of manual work. You won't find anything flashy in our office. It’s just a practical space where we deal with logistics every single day. Most of us have been working together for years. We know the routes around Sajjannagar pretty well by now. Usually, someone is always around to answer the phone unless it's lunchtime. We just focus on getting the work done without making a big fuss about it. We have some old chairs for visitors but most people don't stay long.
