Xpansion Nidhi Limited

Xpansion Nidhi Limited is based out of Pune. Specifically, we are up on the sixth floor of Alpine Aura, flat B-603. The area is Borhadewadi, which is growing quite a bit lately. It’s a residential spot mostly. Dealing with money and savings from a home-like setting makes things feel more personal. We handle the usual Nidhi company tasks. This means people from the neighborhood join in and we manage the funds together. It's not like going to those huge glass buildings in the city center. Here, it is much more quiet. We are located near Gat 371, 382, and 384. Pune is a big place, but this corner of 412105 is where we stay. We spend a lot of time on records and keeping track of memberships. It’s a lot of manual work and checking numbers. We don't have a big team of corporate types. It is just us doing the job every day. Sometimes the elevator in Alpine Aura is slow, but we don't mind. It gives us a chance to chat with the neighbors. We started this because there was a need for it in Borhadewadi. People wanted a place nearby where they could put some money aside. We kept it simple. No big promises, just the work. Most of our members are local folks who appreciate not having to travel far. It's practical and it serves the purpose for those living around Gat 371.
