Xpansion Hr Solutions is located in the Mit Corner Building on the second floor, right in the middle of Koregaon Park. It’s Office Number 7. If you are looking for us, we are directly opposite the State Bank of India Training Center. Koregaon Park is a lively area with lots of trees and cafes, so it’s a nice place to come to work every day. We spend most of our time dealing with HR matters, which mostly means we are on the computer or the phone talking to candidates and companies. The building itself is quite busy, so there are always people moving in and out of the corridors. We’ve been in this office for a few years and have seen many businesses come and go in the surrounding blocks. Our space is pretty straightforward—desks, a small meeting area, and a lot of filing cabinets. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing; we just try to be helpful and get people hired. Sometimes the traffic in Koregaon Park can be a nightmare in the evenings, but during the day it’s alright. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just know how to find people for jobs and we’ve been doing it long enough that it’s second nature now. It’s a practical, no-nonsense office where we just focus on the tasks we have for that day, and maybe grab a quick coffee from the place downstairs when things get too busy.
