Our place is out in MIDC Phase II in Chakan, specifically at Pap-S 77. If you know the area, we are quite close to the Bridgestone company plant. It’s a very industrial setting here in Village Sawardari. The roads are often filled with trucks and heavy vehicles, which is just part of being in an infrastructure-focused business. We work from a practical office and storage site. It’s not a place with air conditioning in every corner; it’s more about the work we do on-site and in the yard. We deal with various infra projects, so there is always some equipment being moved or plans being reviewed. The team here is mostly engineers and site supervisors who are more comfortable in boots than in suits. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and the actual project locations in the Tq Khed area. It gets quite hot and dusty during the summer months, but the work doesn't stop. We have a small pantry where we take our breaks and have a quick tea. There’s no corporate fluff here. We talk about timelines, materials, and logistics. Being near big companies like Bridgestone means the area is always active. We’ve been in this part of Chakan for a while now and have seen the industrial zone grow. It’s a tough environment but it suits the kind of work we handle every day. We just focus on finishing the jobs we started and keeping the site moving forward as best as we can.
