You can find us at H1/24 in the Shubham Housing Society here in Pune. It’s a bit of a mix, being in a housing society, but we have our designated space for the business. It’s quiet enough most days, which helps when we are trying to figure out the technical stuff for the parking systems. We spend a lot of time on drawings and looking at mechanical parts. Pune is a big city for engineering, so we fit right in with the local scene. Our office isn’t huge, but it fits everyone. We usually have parts and blueprints scattered around the tables. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. We handle the local installations and maintenance from this spot. Most of the guys are out on sites during the day, so the office can get pretty empty until the evening. We don’t have a receptionist or anything; if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do get busy when a big project comes in. We’ve been in Maharashtra for a while and understand how the local regulations work. It’s just us, working on parking solutions, trying to make things fit in tight spaces. We don't really have a fancy philosophy. We just build things that work and keep the maintenance schedule going for our clients around the city.
