Our office for Wipro Bpo From is at Flat No 11 in Building No 8. We are part of the Pratik Nagar Co-Op Housing Society in Sector II, Vishrantwadi. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are located inside a residential housing society in Pune 411006. It’s much quieter than being in a massive office park. We have a few rooms set up with everything we need to handle our daily BPO tasks. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have some files stacked up and the furniture is just basic stuff that works. Being in Vishrantwadi is convenient for most of us who live nearby. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby to greet people. You just come to Building 8 and find us at Flat 11. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, and we all know each other well since it’s a small space. We usually have our lunch together and talk about normal things, not just work. We aren't interested in using big words or pretending to be something we aren't. We just do our jobs and try to stay organized. Sometimes the society gets a bit busy with kids playing or people coming and going, but we don't mind. It feels more like a real part of the community here. We just keep our heads down and get through the work day by day.
