White Sun Foundation

White Sun Foundation is located in the Undari area of Pune. We are in the Shakuntala Kanade building, specifically in flat B1-1103. Undari has changed quite a bit since we first moved in, with a lot of new apartments and shops opening up everywhere. Our office is on a higher floor, so we get a good view of the neighborhood and all the new construction going on. It is a regular residential flat that we use for our daily operations. This makes the environment feel very relaxed and personal. We have a small kitchen where we make our own coffee and tea throughout the day. Most of our time is spent on the computers or talking on the phone. We are a small team and we do not really follow a strict corporate schedule. We just make sure the work gets done. Sometimes the traffic in Pune makes it hard for people to visit, but we are usually here from morning until evening. We have a lot of books and files stacked up in the corners because we are running out of shelf space. It is a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We do not have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just a few photos and a lot of work to get through. We like being in Undari and feel like we are part of the local community here.
