Whirlpool

You can find us in the Gpra residential area, specifically in Type 2/1, Block-D, Flat No-10. We are right opposite Kendriya Sadan and very close to the Akurdi railway station in Pune. It’s a government colony, so the atmosphere is quite specific. Using a flat as an office means it feels a bit more like a home than a workplace. We have the kitchen area for making tea and the main room is where we have our desks. Being near the station is handy because of the transport, but you can always hear the trains passing by. We handle Whirlpool related matters from here, mostly administrative stuff and coordinating service calls. The 411033 area is quite busy with people commuting all the time. Our office doesn't have a big glass front or anything. It's just a regular door with a small nameplate. We share the building with other families and workers. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of files or equipment arriving. We spend our day answering calls and updating the system on our laptops. Sometimes we go out to the local market nearby to get lunch. It’s a very normal Pune life. We don't have fancy meetings, just quick chats over tea about what needs to be done. It’s a practical setup for the work we do. We’ve been in this flat for a while and the location works well for us. It's just a regular spot near the station.
