Our office is over at Sacred World in Wawadi. If you head to the North Block and go up to the second floor, you’ll find us at Shop Number 7. We’ve been in this part of Pune for some time. It’s a busy building with a lot going on. We do real estate work, mainly focusing on the areas around Wawadi and the S No 75/2/2B patch. It isn't a huge team here, just a few of us making sure things get done. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or looking at local listings. The 411040 area is growing fast. You can see new shops and homes every month. We try to keep up with who is moving where. It’s practical work. Sometimes the elevator in the block is slow, so we take the stairs. Being on the second floor isn't too bad. We deal with the usual property stuff people need help with. Westcotes has its spot here and we plan to stay. It’s not a polished corporate place. Just a regular shop with some desks and chairs. We know the neighbors. We know the local streets. If you’re around Sacred World, you might see us grab a tea downstairs. We just handle the property side of things for folks in Pune. No fluff, just the daily grind of real estate.
