Our spot is over in Pune, specifically in Savitri Nagar at Matruchaya Apartment. It’s Flat Number 19 on the Sinhgad Road side, which is always busy. W.B.Engineers International Pvt Ltd. might sound like a big name, but we’re just a regular group of people working out of a residential building. Being in Higne Khurd means we’re surrounded by families and other small businesses. The lift in the building is a bit small, so most of us just take the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate, but it's okay. We’ve got a view of the street from the balcony, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the screen. The office is pretty lived-in. There are calendars on the walls and plenty of pens that never seem to work when you need them. We’ve been in this part of Pune for years, and we’ve seen the traffic get way worse, especially around the bridge area. But we like it here. It’s home for us. We don’t bother with fancy lobby areas or receptionists in suits. You just walk in and find someone at their desk. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps us grounded. Most afternoons, you can hear the local vendors calling out on the street below while we finish up our reports. It’s a bit noisy, but you get used to the sounds of the city after a while. It's just a normal office life for us here.
