Our office is tucked away in Flat No 5 over at Vishwaganga Co-Op Housing Society. Lane Number 3 in Dahanukar Colony is actually pretty quiet compared to the main roads in Kothrud. It’s a decent spot for us because it’s not too loud, which helps when we’re trying to focus on the suspension systems work. Being in a housing society means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we don't make much noise. We’ve been in Pune 411038 for a good bit now. It’s just a small team here, honestly. We spend most of our time looking at designs and making sure the parts are right. Sometimes the parking in the lane is a bit of a headache, especially on weekends, but we manage. People usually call before they come over because it’s a residential building and it's easy to miss if you aren't looking for the name on the gate. We aren't trying to be some giant corporate entity, just a practical team doing our thing in a local neighborhood. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We keep things simple and just focus on the engineering side of things. It’s a comfortable setup for us. There’s a nice tea shop around the corner where we usually end up in the afternoons. It’s just how we operate day to day, working through the tasks without any fuss or complicated processes.
