Shiv Enterprises operates out of the Dangat Industrial Estate in Warje Malwadi. Our exact location is S. No. 2 3/4, and it is a pretty standard industrial unit. The estate is usually humming with the sound of machines and people working. We have a small team here, and we all know our roles. We don't spend a lot of time talking; we just get on with the day's tasks. The space is filled with equipment and raw materials. It can get a bit noisy, but we are used to it. Warje is a good location for us because it is easy to reach. We have been working from this unit for quite some time and have slowly built up our stock. We don't do any flashy promotions or big events. It's just a place where we come to work every morning. We try to keep our costs down so we can stay competitive. Sometimes we have to work late on Saturdays to finish a big batch, but that is part of the business. We grab tea from the local vendor twice a day and keep going. It is a honest way to make a living.
