Our office is in Hingane Khurd, over at Damodar Vihar, B4-15. Pune has grown a lot, but this area still feels like a neighborhood. We deal with automation stuff, so there are usually wires and parts laying around the desks. It’s not a polished showroom. It’s a place where we actually build and test things. The room is on the smaller side, but it fits the team. We have been here for a few years. Getting here in the morning can be a bit of a crawl through Pune traffic. The building is mostly residential, so we try to be mindful of the noise we make. There’s a small balcony where we take breaks. You can see the rooftops of other houses from there. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle for making tea. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or tinkering with bits of hardware. It can get a bit messy, but that’s just how it goes when you’re working on technical solutions. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just the engineers and the support staff. If you came to visit, you’d probably find us in jeans and shirts, just focused on the tasks. It’s a humble spot but it works for what we do. The rent is decent for this part of town and the location is convenient enough for most of us.
