Walhekar & Associates

Walhekar & Associates is located at Sadashiv Peth MIDC 103. This is an area with a lot of history, and we’ve been part of the landscape here for a while. Our office at 103 is a straightforward space. We have what we need to get through the day, like computers, a few staplers that actually work, and plenty of pens. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see people in fancy suits every day. We prefer to keep things casual and comfortable. Most of our work involves sitting down and going through details that other people might find boring, but we don't mind it. It’s what we do. The neighborhood is full of small businesses like ours, so there’s a nice sense of community. We often see the same people at the tea stall around the corner every afternoon. I think it’s important to stay grounded and just do the job without making a big fuss about it. We don't have a receptionist who gives you a scripted greeting. If you walk in, whoever is closest to the door will say hello. Some days are busier than others, especially at the end of the month, but we manage. We’ve learned to deal with the quirks of the building and the occasional internet outages. It’s just part of being a local business in Sadashiv Peth. We take it one day at a time and try to keep things simple.
