Our place is located in Pimpri, right across from the Aana Saheb Magar Stadium. We are at 109/110, which is a fairly easy spot for people to find if they are heading into this part of the city. Being so close to the stadium means it can get pretty loud outside whenever there is a big event or a match going on, but we have gotten used to it. We mostly work on property matters and land projects. It involves a lot of meetings with different people and trying to get all the various paperwork sorted out with the local authorities. We have been in Pimpri for a long time and have watched how much the whole area has changed. Our office is very simple. We have a few desks, some chairs for people who come to visit, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We are not the type of people to use big fancy words or act like we are something we are not. We just know the local land and how the process works around here. Most people who come to see us are neighbors or folks who heard about us from someone at the local market. We spend a lot of time on our phones or driving out to check on different plots of land. It is a lot of legwork. When we are actually in the office, we are usually just catching up on paperwork.
