You can find Aditya Agro situated at Gat No. 1308 on the Pune Saswad Road. Our place is right behind the Laxman Weigh Bridge in Wadki, Pune. Being near the weigh bridge is useful because we see a lot of trucks passing through every day. Our focus is on agricultural products, so we spend a lot of time thinking about crops and seasons. The space we have is more of a yard and a shed than a traditional office. It can get quite dusty when the wind blows across the road. There's a small team here. We spend our days talking to farmers and suppliers. It is a very hands-on kind of business. You have to know about the soil and the weather to make things work. We don't wear suits or have big meetings. Usually, we just stand around outside and discuss what needs to happen next. Pune has grown a lot, but out here in Wadki, it still feels a bit more open. The yard is usually full of sacks and equipment. We keep an eye on the weigh bridge to see who is coming in. It’s a simple life, really. We work when the sun is up and head home when it gets dark. We’ve been at this location for years and have no plans to go anywhere else anytime soon. It suits us just fine.
