V.V. Phuge Promoters & Builders Pvt Ltd

Our office is over at Omkar Park in Pune, number 9 specifically. V.V. Phuge Promoters & Builders Pvt Ltd has been around this part of Maharashtra for a while. We do a lot of the typical building and planning work that goes on in a growing city like this. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints and site maps. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough space for all the files we have. We aren't really the type to have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It's mostly just desks and chairs and people talking about construction schedules. Getting into the park is easy enough, though parking can be a bit of a headache on some mornings. Most of our guys are out on sites during the day, so the office stays quiet until they come back with updates. We’ve worked on a bunch of different projects around here. Everyone knows everyone in this neighborhood, so we get a lot of locals dropping in just to say hello or ask about some work. It’s a simple operation. We don't try to make things sound more complicated than they are. Building houses and handling the paperwork takes up most of our time. We just try to keep things moving along and make sure everything is sorted out. It’s honest work and we’re glad to be part of the community here in Pune. We just take each day as it comes.
