VSGS Architects and Planners

We set up our office in Model Colony, inside the Banshree Co-Op Society. It’s building B-12 at 1099. Model Colony is a fairly calm area compared to the rest of the city, which helps when we need to focus on planning and drawings. The building itself is an older society structure, so it has that solid, lived-in feel. Our workspace is spread out across a couple of rooms. We have these big tables where we lay out the blueprints and maps. It gets pretty crowded when we have a lot of projects going on at once. Most of our days are spent at those tables or on the phone with contractors. We don't really have a set routine, other than showing up and getting through the tasks for the day. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, and you can hear the city quiet down outside. We make our own coffee in a small corner we’ve set up as a kitchen. It’s nothing fancy, just a jar of instant coffee and a kettle. We like the location because it’s easy for people to find us, and there are some decent spots nearby to grab a quick lunch. It’s a straightforward setup. We aren’t looking to impress anyone with a shiny lobby or leather chairs. We just need a place to sit, think, and draw, and this society flat works just fine for that. It’s quiet and it gets the job done.
