Vrl Logistics Ltd. has a branch here in Chinchwad, Pune. Mr. Sanjeev M. Mundewadi is the person in charge. We are located at Flat No.09, Nalanda-A, in Prem Lok Park. It’s a bit unusual because it’s in a residential-style building. We are care of P.C. Patil. The office is basically a flat that we have converted into a workspace. It’s a bit cramped with all the desks and computers. Sanjeev is usually there at his desk. Chinchwad is a busy part of Pune, so there is always something going on outside the window. We handle the logistics coordination from here. It is a lot of phone calls and tracking numbers. We don't have a big sign outside, just the address. Sometimes the neighbors complain if there is too much noise, but we try to keep it down. It’s a very local way of doing business. We don't have any fancy corporate speeches. We just look at the manifests and make sure the trucks are on the right path. The tea lady comes by twice a day, and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon. It is a simple setup. Sanjeev M. Mundewadi knows most of the regular drivers by name. We just do the work and try to avoid any big mistakes. It is just a small part of the bigger Vrl network, but we run it our own way.
