This office is on the third floor of the Samruddha Pratibha Apartment. We are right on Sinhagad Road in the Vithalnagar area of Pune. If you know Pune, you know Sinhagad Road can get incredibly busy, especially in the evenings. Our unit is Flat Number 303. It’s a regular residential building that we use for Voltage Infra Pvt Ltd. It feels very much like a home office, which makes the long hours a bit more comfortable. We have a few desks set up and some shelves for all the technical files. Most of our day is spent coordinating with teams out in the field. We don't have a big receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, one of us just gets up and opens the door. It’s a practical way to keep the overheads low. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the project deadlines. The view from the third floor is just the neighboring buildings and the street below. It’s a typical middle-class neighborhood, and we like being part of it. Sometimes we have meetings right there at the main table among all the blueprints and empty tea cups. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done for us and our clients. We try to finish up before the worst of the evening rush hour hits.
