Our office is on the ground floor of Building No-47/2 on Sardar Road in Pune. If you know Pune, you know the traffic around here can be a real headache, especially during the peak hours in the morning and evening. We deal with auto parts distribution, so there are always boxes coming in or going out. The ground floor is handy because we don’t have to lug heavy stuff up any stairs. It’s a practical setup. The walls are lined with shelves, and there is usually a bit of grease or dust somewhere because of the nature of the business. We’ve been at this for some time. Most of us are used to the constant sound of horns and engines from the street right outside. It gets pretty loud sometimes, but you stop noticing after a while. We don't have a big fancy lobby. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and stacks of inventory. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists. It is just honest work, keeping track of what goes where. Sometimes we have lunch together at the small place around the corner. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We are just a group of people in Pune trying to keep the distribution moving without too many delays. It’s a busy life, but it works for us. We've seen a lot of changes on this road over the years, but our little ground-floor spot stays pretty much the same.
