Even though the name mentions Pune, our main spot is actually in Jat, which is in the Sangli district. We are right in Chatti Galli, Ward No. 2. It’s a local town vibe here, very different from the big cities. We handle infrastructure projects, which usually means big stuff like roads or local works that the government or private groups need. It’s a lot of outdoor work. The sun gets really strong out here in the Sangli area, so we are used to the heat. Our office in Jat is where we keep the records and meet with the foremen. It’s a simple building, nothing fancy at all. We employ a lot of local people from the nearby villages. We aren't much for big speeches or fancy logos. We just care about getting the pipes laid or the roads paved properly. Sometimes the equipment breaks down and we have to wait for parts to come from the city, which can be frustrating. But we’ve lived here a long time, so we know how to handle the delays. People in town know us, and we know them. It’s a straightforward way of living and working. We focus on the task in front of us and try to make sure the work is solid. It’s basic, honest labor and management in a small-town setting. That is basically who we are and what we do every day.
