We are over on Sinhagad Road in Pune. Our place is Shishiram, Flat No. 19, inside the Maduri Milan Complex. It is out in Wadgaon Bk. Being in a flat complex means it feels more like a home than an office most days. We do estate work, so we’re often talking about properties and land around the Pune area. The traffic on Sinhagad Road can be a real pain during rush hour, so we usually try to get our site visits done early. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks and files. We aren’t the type of people who wear suits and ties every day. It’s a casual environment. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit with all the new buildings going up. Usually, there's a pot of chai going and someone is looking over a map or a legal document. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just talk to people who are looking for a place or trying to sell one. It’s a lot of phone calls and writing things down in notebooks. We try to be honest about what we see in the market. It’s just how we do things here. If you come by, you’ll probably find us just working through the pile of folders on the desk. It’s a quiet spot away from the main road noise and it works for us.
