We are based out of Bavdhan, right in the DSK Raanwara area. Our place is K 12, one of the Kanchan Row Houses on the NDA Pashan Road. It’s a nice enough part of Pune. We work on real estate things from here. It feels more like a home than an office because, well, it is a row house. We like it that way. It’s quieter than being in the middle of the city. We spend our time helping people with their property needs in and around 411021. Vivipro has been running out of this spot for a while now. The road outside can get a bit crowded during peak hours with all the folks heading towards Pashan or the highway. We’ve got our files and our computers set up. It’s a simple operation. We talk to buyers, we talk to sellers. Sometimes we’re out on-site looking at land or flats. When we are back, we’re usually catching up on paperwork. It’s honest work. We don’t do any of that fancy marketing talk. We just tell people what we know about the local market. If a house is good, we say so. If there’s a problem, we mention that too. It’s just how we do things in Bavdhan. The trees around the row houses make for a decent view while we work.
