Vivek Patki

I’m located over in Karvenagar, at 71/72 in the Hingne Home Colony. This part of Pune is mostly residential, which makes it a nice, calm place to work from. Vivek Patki isn’t some massive corporation; it’s more of a personal professional setup. My office is basically a dedicated space in the colony where I handle my daily business. It’s quite easy to find once you get into the Hingne area. The space is filled with the usual things you’d expect—lots of files, a computer that’s seen better days, and plenty of pens. I don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby for visitors. Most of my work involves consulting or handling specific projects that come my way through old contacts. I spend a lot of time reading through documents and making notes. Sometimes people drop by for a quick chat about a project, and we just sit and talk over some tea. It’s a very low-key environment. I’ve lived and worked in Pune for a long time, so I’m used to the pace here. The colony is quiet during the day, which helps me stay focused on the details of whatever I’m working on. It’s not a complicated life. I just keep track of my commitments and make sure everything is handled properly before the day ends. It’s simple, direct, and it works for me without any of the extra corporate stress.
