Vivek Constructions

Vivek Constructions is based out of Bhawani Peth, right in the Shreeram Park area on Sama Road. It’s a quiet enough spot for an office, though our work usually takes us all over the place to different building sites. We’ve got our small setup at 9/C/56 where we keep the blueprints, some basic tools, and all the files for the projects we are currently working on. Construction is a tough business, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in how things are built over the years. We started small, just helping out with local repairs and smaller structures, and slowly we started taking on more. It’s mostly about showing up on time and making sure the bricks and mortar are handled properly. My desk is usually covered in dust and scraps of paper with measurements scribbled on them. Bhawani Peth is a familiar neighborhood for us, and being near Sama Road makes it easy to get our trucks out to where they need to be. We aren't the biggest company out there, but we take the work seriously. Every house or wall we build has to be solid, otherwise there is no point in doing it. We spend more time on the actual sites than we do in the office, but Shreeram Park is where we come back to at the end of the day to figure out the next steps for the following morning. It's a lot of early starts and long days out in the sun.
