Vivanta Properties

Vivanta Properties is located at the Marigold Premises inside Rainbow Plaza in Pimpri. It’s a busy spot, and there is always something happening in the plaza. We spend our time helping people find places to live or sell their current spots. Our office is a place where we keep all the keys and the folders for the different properties we’re looking after. It’s not a very big office, so when we have more than two or three people in here at once, it feels pretty packed. We spend a lot of time driving around Pimpri, meeting people at various sites, and showing them around. The traffic can be a real headache sometimes, especially during the rush hour when everyone is trying to get home. We try to stay organized, but with so many different properties on the list, the desk usually ends up covered in sticky notes and scribbled phone numbers. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch; we just tell you what’s available and what the situation is with the paperwork. Dealing with property can be a bit of a headache with all the legal requirements and taxes, so we spend a lot of time explaining those boring bits to anyone who asks. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of walking. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our clients updated on what’s actually happening with their deals without any unnecessary fluff.
