Vitallink Outsourcing

We’ve been set up here in Rasta Peth for a while now, right near the Poona Blind Men’s Association. It’s a busy part of Pune, and our office reflects that day-to-day energy. Most of the people working at Vitallink Outsourcing are just locals who show up every morning, grab some tea nearby, and get to work on the tasks sent over by our clients. It isn't a fancy glass tower or anything like that. Just a functional space where we handle different back-office jobs and support work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but we’re still here at number 80. People often use the association next door as a landmark because finding specific buildings in this part of the city can be tricky if you aren't familiar with the lanes. Inside, it’s mostly desks, computers, and people on headsets or typing away. We don't really do big meetings or have many visitors popping in, as most of our work happens digitally. It gets loud sometimes when everyone is busy, but that's just how a workplace feels. We try to keep things moving steadily. There isn't much to say about the history other than we started small and stayed in the same general area because it's convenient for the staff to get to from various parts of the city. We just focus on getting the day's pile of work finished before heading home in the evening traffic.
