We spend most of our days here at Paud Gidc Industrial Estate Odhav 297. It is a busy spot and the work with Visteon Automotive Systems India Pvt Ltd keeps us on our toes. Most people around here know this part of the estate for the heavy industrial work going on. We handle different automotive parts and systems. It isn't a fancy office with carpets, it is a proper workspace where things actually get made. Sometimes the machines are loud and the floor gets a bit dusty but that is just how it is in this line of work. We have been in this location for a while now. Some of the guys have worked here since they were young. We see trucks coming and going all day long with deliveries. It is a bit of a maze back here in Odhav 297 if you are not used to it. The focus is always on getting the parts out right. We don't really do big speeches or fancy posters on the walls. We just come in, do the shifts, and make sure the automotive stuff is handled properly before it leaves the gate. It is steady work. The heat in the summer gets a bit much inside the building but we manage with the fans. It is just a group of people making sure the car systems are built like they should be. It’s hard work but it pays the bills.
